My stay at this hotel was very unpleasant; I stayed for two days and the room was never cleaned.

I also asked them for help with the invoice to present to the company where I work, and the manager told me she couldn't give me the invoice because I made the reservation through an app. I explained that the app has a section where it asks if I want the invoice and I select "yes," but it was impossible for her to understand.

Not much

Exterior falling apart, open door hangs up had to push hard, very bad odor inside room spray covering cigarette odor, plastic bag wrapped around smoke detector, bathroom door would not close, note on wall do not flush toilet paper or anything put in trash. Unreal. Bed spring popped. Must say very happy to Leave.
