Very nice property. The room was spacious and large beautiful bathroom. It was quiet. Check in and check out was easy and quick

I was so pleasantly surprised gorgeous small hotel. The restaurant chef, food and staff are exceptional and made our Friday night dinner ultra special. The food is authentic Italian with a touch of southern charm. As a regular traveler to Italy-Capri, who knew I would find a Napoli server in Chapel Hill. The beds are wonderful and I slept like a baby. I cannot wait to return to this lovely town and stay at the Sienna again. Grazie Mille Chef Bob for making me and my guests feel so special!

Not worth the money. I had a terrible stay ay this place. You can hear all the noise coming from the exterior. The bed was horrible. I woke up next day with my whole body in pain.

Nice hotel in a good location. I have to commend Victoria(guest relations), Kim and Tony(bar/restaurant). Excellent service from all. However, menus are a bit misleading. There is the room service, restaurant and bar menus. All have good selections. But, I had to order from 2 to get the foods I wanted to try. Mixed green salad was tasty and fresh, roasted squash ravioli was amazing. Charcuterie board needed crackers, not bread sticks. Didn’t fit the vibe of the board. But, was still very good. To the bad, room was a bit dated and smelled musty(bathroom was very nice). I did order a bottle of wine with my room service and cork broke off in the bottle(possible wine storage issue?). After pouring a glass I noticed(few mins later) gnats in the wine glass. Also, found a huge dead(thankfully) water bug in the bathroom the next morning. All in all a nice stay. I wouldn’t rate this a 4 star hotel. But, a 3.5. Try the bar for an app and cocktail(Tony) and then have dinner in the restaurant. If their room service is anything like their restaurant, it should be amazing.

This was our first time at the Siena. It is an elegant , beautifully maintained hotel with courteous and helpful staff, pleasant surroundings and attention to detail. We liked the warm welcome, the discreet service, and well-appointed room! We look forward to our next stay.

Room had no desk or chair. Maybe only 1 room had them?

This is the third time we are using this place and planning to use again.

The room was amazing with the most comfortable beds! We asked to take the shuttle downtown and got it in minutes and he picked us up too. Would highly recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect!
