Aamupala oli hyvä ja riittoisa valikoima. Kiva että hotelli on lemmikkiystävällinen.

Sisällä oli varsinkin nukkuessa kuuma, ja pöytätuuletin ei auttanut asiaa ollenkaan.

all rooms in this hotel are lacking proper air ventilation and no aircondition (cooler) at all. This is constant status, not temporary as my daugher and her spouse visited this same hotel a year ago and reported same airventilation issues as we faced. We still took this hotel due to wanted to at least try it (having tried 2 other hotels in Rauma). Customer support is aware of the issue, but not mentioned on the hotel pages. Customers are proposed to keep window open. But then noise outside is so distrurbing, that you cannot keep window open: in the night teens are running their mopeds on nearby playground and on this year, there's a noisy river bottom pumping operation on the nearby waterchannel so you can't keep window open at day time either. On breakfast, coffee ended and replacement coffee was like dishwash and some food like saugages ended too (and were not on breakfast on last minute). Note, the breakfast issue and pumping operations were just current issues so better you ask servicedesk before you book yourself if issues still apply. Note, the airventilation issue is valid even on non-hot days, but on hot summerdays I could image it being a nightmare. Otherwise, the hotel is quiet and comfortable. If airventilation would work and breakfast would work normally, then this is decent hotel on the price.If room is facing backyears - like ours - the view to nearby channel is nice (except the pumping machinery on this year). 10mins walk to the old town is easy. I have reported the issues to hotel among standard feedback procedure and my report is notified already. Another worth to mention: though many parking places exists, there is no EV-car loading stations, which is odd, because Finnish law says that properties which are not used for permanent living and have 20+ parking places should have at least 1 EV-car loading station. Have you car loaded on nearby (1km) K-Citymarket shop, where there are many 200kWh loaders

Hotellissa ei ollut ollenkaan ilmastointia. Huoneessa oli vain pieni pöytätuuletin, mutta se ei kyllä viilentänyt ollenkaan. Aamupalalla oli myös tukalan kuuma.

On a hot summer day, the temperature in the room was unbearable, no air conditioning... just wanted to get out of there quickly.

Really nice location

Should be down graded to 3 star without room AC. Sauna didn't have working lights. Sauna is only open 18-22, really poor choise..

There are no air conditioning in the hotel rooms. It is impossible to sleep in a room with 37 degrees celsius! So during the warmest summer it is not possible to sleep. And we had 3 fans in our room.
