Asiakaspalvelua mukavaa ja ystävällistä. Huoneet siistejä

Pieni freesaus voisi tehdä hyvää. Aamupala perus ok hyvä, mutta jotain paikallista spesiaali vois olla, esim niitä Kouvolan lakuja yms. Siinä missä Tampereella mustaamakkaraa niin Kouvolan paikallista herkkua tarjolle.

"Sinällään oli varsin lyhyt, oli hyvä huoneessa työskennellä, hyvä sänky, hyvä illallinen jne"

Aamiainen oli erinomainen, monipuolinen. Kaikki toimi erinomaisesti.

Huone oli vähän kolkko, tosin siisti ja siinä oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Viihtyisyyttä voisi luoda tekstiileillä ym.

Vanhaa kalustoa muttei haitannut. Lattiat kuluneet mutta siistiä.sauna oli ihana kun huone oli viileä. Rauhallista. Hyvä aamiainen. Shotti huippuhyvä.
