Parking is hard for larger vehicles

The staff were nice and courteous

I just noticed a bit of mould by my window ledge

The location was good and easy to find. Restaurants were nearby and the staff was very friendly.

I didn’t like the tight, steep parking lot, room was outdated and hot.

On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent. There was a great variety of options, everything was fresh and very tasty, and it was quite generous. The staff member in charge of breakfast did a really great job.

I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Williams Lake in room 106, and unfortunately had several issues with my stay. The window latch was broken, making it impossible to open the window, which affected ventilation. In the bathroom, there was a missing light bulb, resulting in poor lighting. I also had no hot water during my morning shower, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the jacuzzi was out of order and closed to guests, which was disappointing. To top it off, I found a large black spider in the room. I did inform the front desk about these issues before my departure, but no compensation or discount was offered, which was disappointing. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.
