We stayed at the Sheraton in Minneapolis to celebrate our mom’s 70th birthday, and what could have been a stressful situation turned into one of the BEST hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Our original hotel fell through at the last minute due to an emergency, and we arrived feeling overwhelmed. But the moment we pulled up to the front door, everything changed. A very hospitable manager actually came outside to greet us and asked if we needed help before we even walked in. That level of genuine care is rare and set the tone for our entire stay. Then we met Nicholas at the front desk—and he was truly exceptional. ✅ One of the kindest people we’ve ever met in hospitality ✅ Extremely professional and personable ✅ Checked us in quickly and smoothly ✅ Made us feel welcome, valued, and taken care of Nicholas went above and beyond, and we believe he absolutely deserves recognition from hotel management and even corporate. Employees like him are the reason guests return and recommend a brand to others. But the excellence didn’t stop there… The entire hotel was PRISTINE. ✨ The lobby and common areas were spotless ✨ Our room was extremely clean and well-maintained ✨ Housekeeping was thorough and attentive ✨ Breakfast staff was professional, friendly, and the food was delicious ✨ Every employee we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping to breakfast—was courteous and went out of their way to help The amenities were outstanding, and everything felt thoughtful and high-quality. It’s clear this hotel takes pride in its appearance, service, and guest experience. What started as a stressful day turned into a memorable, joyful celebration thanks to this incredible team. USThe furnishings in the room were old worn out and wiped. The wall paper was patched. The tub shower were out of date

Hotel was fab and the beds were super comfy - appreciated the free parking and proximity to the Ridgedale mall
Ground floor difficult to keep warm enough as there is no way to stop the air handler blowing even if you turn control to off and engineering was not available but we were reaccomodated to higher floor which was excellent.
Staff was pleasant! And room was clean!
