Its nice quiet place to say clean felt safe, we didnt have microwave in our room small minus, we had few small isssues in our room, but stuff wad able to help and fix the problem, would stay again..
Breakfast benefit wasn’t clear. Had to speak with front desk staff and email my hotels.com details to her on the spot to receive the buffet. The desk staffer knew exactly how to instruct me and was knowledgeable but I’m just surprised I didn’t receive the buffet tickets on arrival. Nearly missed out. The hotel is a little bit older but ideal for my work schedule and offered a pool and hot tub. I didn’t partake but I can imagine it being a favorite for families. The breakfast all you can eat buffet is good but at $23/person a bit pricey if you don’t get it with your reservation or membership.
Beautiful, clean, professional staff , affordable
The rooms are older, must smell. The con webbs are not cleared. Too many behind curtains. Stayed for 8 days and house keeping only made beds. Never cleaned bathroom, no vacumming, or mopping bathroom. Beds were comfortable, room temp was able to be managed.
I thought the overall experience, hotel and staff were great, my only problem was there was a group of guests that were very loud late into the evening outside our room but when I called the front desk they talked to them right away and took care of it.
A couple of the outlets in my room did not work and the phone did not work. The property maintenance was poor.
Very quiet and a great location. A bonus would be to provide breakfast instead of the $21.00 buffet. Not many takers when we left in the morning.

Should offer a light breakfast Bed cover too heavy 2 luggage racks would be nice Atrium design could make your room a long distance from the elevator Nice that they provided umbrellas
