It took an hour to get someone on the phone to confirm our reservation. That put us in a very bad place. Otherwise this location was fine.

We did not eat breakfast there. I had one cup of coffee and the pot was empty. Went back later for another cup about a half an hour later and the pot was still empty.

"Very tired property "

Very tired. Serious need of an update. I stayed in Courtyards like this 10 years, at least , ago. Shocked that Marriott would let this one slip by. Staff was nice enough but they can't compensate for the fact that the place needs serious work. The staff, while friendly enough, could also use more training.
