Courtyard by Marriott Peoria

Property is sketchy. Ended up getting a new room at a different hotel and happily ate the cost. Didn't feel comfortable.

While our stay was satisfactory. There seems to be a major issue between (individual or entire staff) staff and general manager of this facility. This was raised to us customers by a letter in an envelope placed under residence doors. Marriott leadership should investigate this incident. Staff claims GM is very abusive to all staff.

The hotel was clean and quiet, the staff polite, but there was nothing to be excited about. The cleaning service entered my room despite the Do Not Disturb sign displayed. At the lobby, there was a coffee station, but the coffee was cold, and no creamer or sugar was available( only sweeteners). They DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST- but Expedia charged me $ 29 extra for it. Beware! Do not pay it. There are multiple fast food chains in the area, so getting food is not a problem.

No one cares to help me get a refund

This place is a dump. Do not waste your money. Our room was not vacuumed, the toilet ran 24-7, the room felt damp all the time, the drain was clogged in the shower, the trash receptacles outside were over- flowing and a raccoon came out from the trash when my husband walked by. The windows throughout the motel were filthy and had a year’s worth of fingerprints all over them. The towels were paper thin. The ice machines were broken. I used the stairs everytime because I was afraid of using the elevator since the rest of the place looked so bad. This place needs a complete overhaul with staff that would take better care of it.

The staff was very nice and very grl

I liked the hostess at the desk, she was very friendly and helpful.

I wish the hotel hot tub was working, that would have completely satisfied me!

Spacious room (only a king size was available, so actually more than I needed), clean, plenty of supplies for a two night stay. Pleasant and helpful staff.

A kitchen sink and microwave would have been nice considering the size of the room.
