Westmead Hotel Bar & Restaurant

Only stayed one night but found the Westmead to be comfortable (huge bed) and staff friendly. As it was a Sunday night it was very quiet and the chef and already left but Ryan the duty manager was very welcoming and did a great job of providing some food and drinks. Had a good nights sleep (apart from a fire alarm at 2am but would rather be woken by mistake than not) and breakfast was really good value for money.

Location very suitable for our needs, good sized bedroom with very comfortable large bed.

Our room was located close to the front of the hotel where a number of weddings took place during our stay and we found it noisy. The breakfast on the Sunday was less good than the one the previous day and there didn't seem to be anyone in charge .l

Efficient check in, accodated our arrival time, pleasant and clean room , comfortable beds , despite a loud event in progress no noise whatsoever in the room

very dated in rooms. worn carpet holes in curtains etc. awful breakfast. no taste. cold. paid more for breakfast than we were told.

I purchased a superior room for me and my wife and a standard double for my daughter . The difference in price was £20 however I could not see much difference in in the rooms tbh
