Easy access to the motorway network as well as the city center. We've stayed at The Westmead a few times before and it's proved good value. Nice location.

The room we had was beginning to Look a little dated now. However, it was clean and comfortable and that's what really counts.

It is so cold - can extra heaters be in the rooms please , no heating in corridors or rooms or bar area - fix and would be perfect

Bed was super comfy. Room was clean, beautiful and large. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Room was spacious and very warm once the heating went on. The building itself is a nice site, unfortunately didn’t have time to explore x

Reception area was quite cold, didn’t have a towel for the other guest in the room but this was quickly rectified

We were staying due a large family booking for a meal celebrating a birthday. A

Lack of disabled parking spaces. Our room was great but a distance from the facilities and many stairs and doorways to negotiate. Our room was really cold.
