"Spacious Room, Good Value for Money"

We enjoyed our stay at the the Tropicana hotel, will definitely consider it next time we come to Durban. We booked the hotel because we wanted to stay next to the beach, so the location was perfect. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly. I was initially worried about parking but the hotel was able to assist. It was overall a good value for money.

"Beach Front + Reasonably Prices"

Had a great experience. Rooms were clean and lobby was nice. Continental breakfast was good with very courteous wait staff. Great location to the beach front. Lots of families with small children running around. Wifi was down the entire time we were there with no definite answer as to when it would be fixed. Great price. Reasonable Hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

"clean room, delicious food, bt it has surprises..."

It was great, the beds are comfortable and rooms clean. Bt I want happy bcoz I had to pay for my brother's breakfast while I paid a full amount that they said it included breakfast and I ddnt get reimbursement. The housekeeping people, left my room a mess for the whole day and my brother had to stay outside the hotel bcoz it was a mess. Until it was sorted at 5 in the evening. Enquired abt that, they said they were STL busy wit the check in's. Nxt tym I'm definitely tryin another hotel.
