Extended Stay America Suites - Tulsa - Midtown

When I got there the room wasn't ready and then I had to wait for 20 minutes to get another room for smell like cat pee so they put me back in the original room and the TV didn't work at all and turn on and over the remote that it was assigned to and the internet was always not even barely even working so I had to go to the establishment next door just to be able to use the internet so overall it wasn't a great experience at all for what I paid as in for the room itself and deposit for basically just a bed for the night . Not acceptable....

ESA are dependable and the staff here were very helpful. Thank you.

Clearly going through some up dating which can only improve the experience, didn’t inconvenience my stay.

Stayed here a few times when I come to town this was probably the worst service I’ve received. Usually they’re usually around eight or nine rating today was a 5 1/2. The building is under construction and some of the furniture in the rooms were already damaged. The place was just as quiet and peaceful though.
