The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, and the remoteness of the location

The mirror that turns into the TV by the side of the bed. Not comfortable to watch and the TV picture is too dark

This is our second The Datai experience ,the other was two decades ago.They have expanded the hotel but everything is beautiful,peaceful and so close to nature.Great service and attention to detail.

This is a truly luxury hotel and the epitome of a five star experience. Everything about your stay feels intentionally crafted and the attention to detail is second to none from the relaxed check-in experience where they let you relax with two welcome drinks, a little snack and a cold towel whilst introducing you to the venue to the incredible attentiveness of the staff throughout all interactions. The rooms, surroundings, the pools and the beach are perfect in every degree. We will 100% be back!

I honestly have nothing to fault this incredible place about.
