This is a warning to anyone checking out this hotel. There were rats fighting in the ceiling at night and rat feces all over the carpet and cupboards. Also I have video of actual bugs crawling around on the carpet. The whole room smelled moldy and musty like they never clean the carpet. Also, the bathroom plumbing didn’t work. I tried to get a refund for the two days that I moved out because of the conditions, and they refused. Very unethical! The front desk chuckled when I told them there was rat feces like it wasn’t knew information.

My boyfriend an I stayed at this Motel 11/18-11/19 to have a couples weekend. After we checked in about 7:15 we went to the room which was only half clean and had a funny smell. The A/C was turned off so we thought the it might be the reason so we turned on the A/C and unpacked our items. I then call my daughter and spoke to her about 15 minutes. Around 8 pm I decided to shower. Upon getting ready and taking my shoes off i noticed the carpet was damp. Upon further inspection we notice the mini fridge was leaking and the was mildew on the cart around the fridge so this was not a new problem. We call the front desk and explained the problem and asked to change rooms ( the motel has 200 rooms and was half empty.) the person at the desk got an attitude and said no we could not change the we had been there 45 mins and we only had 15 mins to report a problem with the room. So we ask to leave and get a refund ( we paid with cash). He again said no and that if we left we would lose our $50 deposit also. He then said that none of this was his problem and hung up. The next morning we went to the office and the manager was in and we explained what happened and he said we should have been moved and put us in a new room. Upon checking out the manager was on duty, so we spoke to him and ask if there was anything he \could do for a discount of the first night since we had to sleep in a room with damp carpets and mildew and he said that absolutely not he will not do anything. I stated we did not want a full refund of the night, but we feel we should have been compensated. He said again absolutely not. We have now decided to call the health department and file a small claims suite for get the full amount back.

Amenities did not work, my food spoiled in the frige, and the person at the front desk was very rude when i explained my problem

There was bedbugs, linens were ripped and dirty, carpet was wet, tub was dirty, window curtains were ripped and stained. Room had mold and had a bad odor. I ended up checking out within an hour and left. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

You can’t get inside the “lobby” (it’s always locked) and so you have to queue outside. The parking lot was full of semi trucks, drug addicts, beggars, non-English speakers and, I’m told, prostitutes. There is an attached Indian restaurant and a nearby gas station, but little else. The grounds aren’t bad and there’s an outside pool. The motel style rooms are clean but very definitely economy class. Would never want to stay here again but there were very few options on that particular Saturday evening.
