Don’t think about this place, keep looking for something else. keep driving. We found this through the pet friendly on Expedia search and booked it in an emergency while evacuating from Milton. They are not pet friendly when we arrived there were signs everywhere for NO PETS ALLOWED and no sympathy to the cause. After more fees and deposits, we didn’t even make it to our rooms because of fear of our safety, either of other guests or people hanging around. I was going to sleep in our car with the animals and let my kids and friends sleep in the rooms we booked but having people walking up and looking inside of our cars was enough to leave and sleep at truck stops for 2 days while it was safe to drive back home. And they still would not refund the $600+ we spent on bookings that we never used. Still thinking this is a scam trying to get people to back out by lying and having other threaten and then not give refunds and have room for more bookings.

Grateful we actually got two rooms last minute due to another hotel canceling on us during a hurricane evacuation. If you don’t mind a room being in such shambles and cheap, this is the place. I found a piece of old aluminum foil that someone had been smoking meth with inside the dresser drawer. Luckily my kids didn’t see it.

Place is UNSAFE, after checking in and multiple fees later, we didn't even stay at the hotel due to fear of our safety. Un sure if they were current guests or people wondering around or even planted there by the hotel to make you leave and then you can't get a refund. We left fearing for our safety

Upon arrival the hotel was unclean. You could smell Marijuana. Went to check in told gentleman I like to see where are room is a first. My husband waited in truck my daughter and I was going up the stairs as we were to be on the third floor. There were several men hanging out on the walk way. Drinking and smoking marijuana. So I told my daughter turn around we will go a different way. I felt very uneasy and uncomfortable. As we were walking several guys were just watching us. We got to the room opened door. I requested a non smoking room this room smelled heavily of smoke. I was like no. So we went back down to the front desk. I told the man I’m sorry we cannot stay here. He asked me why. And I told him about the smoking and way we were being watched. And room smelled of smoke and very run down. Nothing here was accurate from the reviews. I proceeded to inform him we were not going to stay and how to get a refund. He said I needed to contact Hotels.com and the manager on shift said we could receive a refund.

We booked the hotel through Expedia using the pet friendly options when we were evacuated for the hurricane, with no options anywhere to stay we booked what we could find. Pets are not allowed at the hotel and there are no exceptions. I decided to sleep in the car and let my family use the rooms. The place is UNSAFE, people hanging outside the lower floor rooms yelling and threatening guests. My friends and family felt unsafe for our life’s, so we left and spent the next 2 days in our cars waiting out the hurricane. And yes, no refund!!

This neighborhood is not safe and staff is veryvrude and unhelpful.

We booked this place for 2 nights because we evacuated our home on the Wesr Coast due to Hurricane Milton. We arrived after dark and when our GPS said we had arrived at our location we were stunned to find it is a dump in one of the worst neighborhoods in FL. I parked in front of their building and was debating whether or not to go in and check out the place when 3 hookers started walking toward our truck. As I was leaving 2 guys in hoodies were also walking our way.

Our room was filthy. The carpet threadbare, dirty and stained, the bathroom had something running down the wall, the floor was dirty, there was no vanity by the sink, the faucet handle came off, there was a large hair in the sink and holes and stains in the upholstery of the chairs. The good thing about the room was the bed was clean and comfortable (of course we got there at 3:30 am evacuating from Hurricane Milton so we were very tired). All in all this was the worst place we have ever stayed. We had booked 2 nights and because of the condition of the room wouldn’t stay the second night. They denied our request for a refund for the second night.

Not safe for kids

Bad bad bad room stink really bad the sheets were dirty what I paid for this place was outrageous I can’t believe Expedia actually do business with these people Expedia should refund my money
