Rummet var väldigt dammigt och alldeles för varmt. Fläkten fungerade inte alls, vilket gjorde vistelsen mycket obehaglig. Personalen var dessutom oprofessionell och bemötandet var dåligt. Jag kommer aldrig mer att sätta min fot på Scandic igen och kan inte rekommendera hotellet till någon. Det värsta var att jag kände mig lurad när det gällde frukosten. När jag bokade hotellet stod det tydligt att frukost ingick, men på plats sa kassören att jag ändå behövde betala extra. Det är riktigt dåligt av Scandic Hotel och helt oacceptabelt. Ni är bra på marknadsföring och namnet Scandic, men i verkligheten var Scandic Star Sollentuna totalt värdelöst. Städningen på rummet var dålig, personalens bemötande var otrevligt och rummet var dessutom jättevarmt. Jag kommer aldrig att rekommendera ert hotell till någon. Riktigt dålig upplevelse.
