Holiday Inn Resort Phuket, an IHG Hotel

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough! The staff, the room, the pool and restaurants are all fabulous. The pool bar staff are the friendliest I’ve met, their names are I think Ball and Song. Location is perfect for the beach and the adults only section is quiet and relaxed. I will definitely stay here again when back.

Staff so clean location

I cannot recommend the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket enough! I have been in contact with the resort for over six months to coordinate my wedding guest accommodations, and the entire experience was absolutely seamless. The Location: The resort is perfectly situated right across from Patong Beach, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. However, what surprised us most was how quiet and peaceful it is inside the resort. It truly felt like a tranquil oasis in the middle of the lively Patong area. Our guests were very impressed by the comfort and the "hidden gem" feel of the property. The Service: The staff here are incredibly professional and responsive. Any request we had was handled immediately with a smile. Special Thanks: I want to give a massive, heartfelt thank you to Emmy. She has been working with me for the past six months, and her proactive communication and dedication were instrumental in making our wedding such a success. Without her help and support, things wouldn’t have gone nearly as smoothly. We are so satisfied with our stay and the service provided. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Phuket. If you are looking for great service and a perfect location, this is the place to be!

We had another wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Phuket. This is our third time here, and every single visit leaves us smiling and truly happy with the service. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. The level of service is exceptional and consistent across the entire hotel. The breakfast is one of the best and most indulgent we’ve experienced rich variety, high quality, and beautifully presented every morning. A special mention goes to Oilly from the dining room she is absolutely amazing. Her warmth, attention, and positive energy made our experience even more special. We will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very good specially the pool side bar with wonderful service from Mr Ball and Mr Song Recommend this place for ppl with kids 👍😊

what i dident like was when se were sitting around the pool in the section up against the brick fence line where the demolition was happening both myself and my wife noticed tiny micro size ants on the concrete we choae this spot regardless of the noise to provide maxium shade. after a while my wife saird whats that on yourre right shoulder , so li looked and my back was covered in these tiny ants so i rushed to the pool to get them off then returned to my lounge and there was a tiny trail of ants going towards my lounge and up the lounge so we quickly shifted location . i think the demolition may have been upsetting there habitat. a few houres later i nstarted getting a rash which then became like mozzie bites all over my left shoulder which then increased in great dis comfort and big welts all over . i was really quite irritated so i went to the reception and explained this event . he took several photoes and saird management would contact me . which after several houres they did come to my room and saird they would investigate i then went accross the road to the chemist and purchased anti histemines plus a steroid creme and started applying this straight away. over the next few houres these bites became really large and quite painfull . all nite long no sleeo brcause i was constantly scratching. upon check out the same staff member was there and i showed him ny back and he imediately got the same manager out to have a look. i considered this good service. sfter some discussion in thai he offered 1100 baht of my bill which i accepted and saird thankyou. i have now arrived back in perth and the bites are very aggresive and are seeking medical advice. i do not have any complaint against the hotels as these things are simply out of youre control but later on my wife saird that i should have asked for more compensation as the medicine purchased was 3300. baht and then i will be paying to visit a doctor and most likely purchasing more medicine here in perth.
