Everything was perfect.

I checked in at reception in a separate location and they explained everything so well! They were incredibly communicative before my stay, and that gave me much confidence about their service. The room was incredibly roomy and offered all of the amenities. We also appreciated the water bottle they provided. The view was beautiful, and the location was tucked away enough that it wasn’t in an area too loud.

Only a couple of points. One morning, the cleaning service started cleaning the room above us really early in the morning and we could hear lots of noise through the ceiling which woke us up. And there was a dead cockroach in the foyer. Last, we stayed 4 nights but did not get new towels during our stay. I think one round of new towels would have been best!

The location was very convenient and we also had a balcony where we could drink or coffee and pet local cats in the morning

El diseño del espacio es óptimo. La ducha es buenísima. El personal amable. La ubicación buena

Falta iluminación para el uso del espejo del baño. Y solo hay un espejo para uso de dos personas que coincidimos puesto que seguimos el mismo plan de viaje y eso es incómodo.

Tolle Lage. Zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig

Die Handtücher bleiben feucht nach der Erstnutzung
