"Bad service, rebar incident"

May 16th there was a cement rebar sticking up out of cement block in parking lot. Did not know this negligence and backed out of parking spot. Stopped because rebar sticking out pulled off almost all of the bumper. Thank God we could take bumper in minivan across states 20 hours away from our destination. Incident report filled out by front desk manager who said it would be reviewed by another dept who would get back to us in the damage. I have called numerous times, same line from manager . The general manager above her I leftessages and not a word of any accountability. Watch how and where you park as 4,000.00 worth of damage due to a snagged bumper incident and neglected rebar that should be pounded into cement block but was Not. I do NOT want this or any incident to happen here as no one will respond or take accountability. May 16th this happened and they are not getting back to us but continue to say they will..

Close to beach, pool, hot tub nice

Construction outside our windows, banging at 8am, rowdy kids, senior week. Room next to us smoking pot smelled our room and clothes up.
