Clean and comfortable

The service was excellent and the room was decent for a quick stop. Beds were very comfortable. Only complaint is the floor was dirty and needed to be mopped.

We bought 2 rooms. When we arrived, the bathroom was missing shampoo and body wash. Later, I found large bugs in the bed, which left me red and swollen. At 1:30 a.m., the reception girl was quite understanding and moved us to another room but insisted we check out by 11 a.m. From 9 a.m., housekeeping banged on doors every 30 minutes, and by 11:15 a.m., they were shouting in the hallway. At reception, an older man named Nyles spoke to me rudely and offered no apology. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Property was somewhat run down, but was in a good location. Suited our needs for an inexpensive overnight stop.

It was a good basic stay. It is one of the old style motels with the rooms towards the outside. When you ended the room there was a slight smell of sewer gas, at least that's what it seemed like to us. For an older model place it's not in bad shape. It was in a convenient place to get what you needed.

Myles made my visit fantastic. So warm and welcoming. Will stay here again.

Only negative was we had to leave the lobby while eating breakfast because only 1 staff member working front desk. We had to leave so she could lock up the lobby & deal with a room issue.

Well-priced & most of the staff were friendly & accommodating. A few issues - The 1st room I was assigned had a broken safety lock. Same w/the 2nd room. The 3rd was a charm! Each time, I walked to the room & went back to the f/desk to request another room. When I suggested they put the rooms out of service, so they could be fixed, the mgr. said they would not bother doing that, they were not going to fix the broken safety locks. The place was safe. The f/o mgr. loudly announced my room number while he was also checking in another male guest despite me being a single female checking in after 8 p. When I indicated that I was uncomfortable w/this situation he said there was nothing to worry about. The manager also did not update my new room number in the system, & the next day, another guest was assigned the 3rd room I was in, and he was given keys to the room. Fortunately, one of the conscientious afternoon shift staff realized this when I returned to my room in the evening & went to the lobby to get a coffee. She must have been watching me on the camera as I left the lobby & kindly followed up to identify which room I was in. She made new keys, brought them to my room while explaining the situation. The bathroom & linen were v. clean. The textured tile floor was so dirty that the soles of my inside house slippers left footprint marks on the bath towel & a couple of wet paper napkin. I would NEVER get into bed after walking barefoot on those floors. Gd b/fast & 24/7 coffee.

Its was calm for the 2day stay

This is located in a safe area with lots of shopping and dining, clean hotel and our room was great. Beds were firm. Only downside was breakfast only had muffins, waffles and apples. But we were glad to have something. Good motel for price.
