We had No HOT WATER for our 2 day stay asked the front desk 3 different times what seems to be the issue. Other people on the same floor had the same problem. Building & Amenities were very nice !

I did not like that there were no ways to store my clothing except for a few shirts that I could hang in the closet. I had to keep my undergarments and pajamas in my suitcase due to the lack of a dresser. The ice maker did not work and there was not hot water for showers on our second night. If I'm paying $300 for 2 nights at a hotel, I would think there should be hot water and someplace to store my clothes.

Great establishment. We literally checked out of an adjacent hotel due to its poor conditions and we were extremely happy we did. The rooms were clean and fresh. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was amazing: friendly, humorous, and professional. We were surprising pleased with the snack bar choices and quality of food.
