Quality Inn & Conference Centre Kingston Central

Loved how accommodating the wonderful staff were ! Jay was a great help in ensuring our stay was a great one.

Down fall is if you are staying at the quality inn you need to cross the parking lot to get into the other building for the pool

The room was simple as expected and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was also simple/small but it was a nice addition. We enjoyed the coffee/tea amenities provided, and the access to a sink and mini fridge.

Our room was on the first floor near the doors to the hallway. Both mornings of our stay at around 8am, we were woken up by doors slamming shut multiple times (assuming it was other hotel patrons or staff members passing through). This was disruptive and in the future I would request to be placed in a different room.

Nothing

The water taps in the bathroom leaked so much my bags were soaked once we realized what was going on. No vending machines, no water machines, small rooms, no hotel kitchen, only a restaurant attached that cost too much. If we needed water, choice was, bathroom sink or the water pitcher in the front lobby. Pool area, unattended, dirty towels all over the floor and overflowing the laundry bin. Could not reach front desk for extra towels. When it came to check in time, the line up was literally out the door because only one staff was on duty. Once a second staff came on, she looked lost and confused with her job duties. I still have yet to receive my deposit back, that I was told would automatically be given. Made sure to clean the room ourselves, even bringing in a garbage bag to make sure nothing was over flowing in the bins, making it harder for the cleaning staff. Military dicscount is not accepted during weekends, without special permission, only week days. I guess they shouldn't defend our country on weekends then either, without special permission eh?! Floors were dirty in the room itself, was definitely not vacuumed before we stayed. Bathtub was stained and dirty. The bathtub taps were rickety and loose. The toilet flush would only work every 2 flushes.

Nous avions demandé de faire la chambre la 2e journée pour avoir des débarbouillettes propres et ils ne l'ont pas fait. La pomme de douche ne fonctionnait pas bien et la douche coulait à l'extérieur. On peut voir que le mur est endommagé à cause de l'eau. Beaucoup de gaspillage avec des verres de carton.
