Sleep Inn & Suites Verona - Madison Southwest

Was in Madison for Business. This location was convenient and was very well maintained.

The only issue we had with our room was that we arrived late (around 11:30 PM) to find there were at least 10 fly sized bugs crawling around in the sink. They were climbing out from the drain and the 3 overflow holes. We were able to kill them and plug the holes with kleenex and push down the drain plug. We did let the front desk know about this when checking out in the morning.

Exceptionally clean! Large room & comfortable bed.

The pool was closed. Which was half the reason we booked it. Breakfast didn’t open until 7am and the coffee was not good.

The overall stay was good, the room had a cat urine smell. It wasn't bad

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable bed.

The hotel overall was very clean the service was good friendly staff. The only bad thing we did the booking based on the pictures of the hotel it showed a nice pool on the premises of the hotel, and when we did the check in they informed us that the pool was still closed under construction or renovations. It would have been nice to know of this before we finalized the booking since we were looking for a hotel that had a pool for our kids to enjoy during our stay.

Hotel is nice, clean, quiet, and in a good location. The bed was great! Our only complaint was maid service. We stayed 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or the bed made up during that time.

Staff was wonderful, rooms were clean, breakfast was solid. We just didn't love that we didn't know the pool would be closed for renovations.
