It appeared to be recently renovated and I enjoyed the ambiance. The hot tub area appeared to be still under renovation so we missed that perk. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Odd hum sound in the AC fan. That was distracting. Rm 220

This is a great hotel! Front desk worker was friendly, my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Rooms look like they were newly remodeled too. I would definitely stay when I'm in the area again.

There was a $50 deposit that was not disclosed anywhere on Expedia.com. In fact, numerous alerts on that page stated "This is the total amount you will pay". Why did my stay actually require more than the total claimed? The room HVAC was clattering so badly it could not be used. The doors are thin so you can hear conversations through the doors of adjoining rooms and between rooms and hallways, likely due to the cost of better doors. Without a functioning HVAC unit, there was no sleep possible. Mentioned it to the front desk and they told me they would get a technician on it. It never dawned on them, even after I told him we were unable to sleep and didn't want to move all our crap in the middle of the night. Even if they were to offer me a replacement stay, I'm not sure I would go back before trying every other option in the area.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times as we have family nearby. They have made improvements recently and it is very nice. They dealt with a small problem quickly and efficiently. It is clean and comfortable. Very likely that we will be staying here again.
