"Nice place to stay, but no hot tub and doesn’t allow pets"

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff is very nice!

Booking.com lists that this property has a hot tub. IT DOES NOT. It used to have one but that area is now covered up and has tables and chairs on it. We were looking forward to a hot tub after a long day of travel. The staff told us that they have tried to get Booking.com to update the listing and Booking.com will not do it. (Booking.com also says this is a pet friendly property and the staff said that’s incorrect too, that they do not allow pets. We didn’t travel with our pet so that wasn’t a problem for us.)

"truly exceeded our expectations"

We stayed for one night at Clarion Inn Kingman I-40 Route 66 and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel offered a very good breakfast and the coffee was excellent. We also really appreciated that coffee and refreshments were available later in the evening as well, which was a very nice touch after a long day of traveling. The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom area was also very large and practical. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Another big positive was the indoor hot pool, which made the stay even more relaxing. We were also placed in an accessible room designed for guests with disabilities, and we appreciated seeing that the hotel provides proper accommodations and accessibility options for people who need them. Overall, the hotel was much better than we expected, and we would definitely stay there again if we visit the area in the future. Highly recommended.
