Birubi Beach getaway at Anna Bay

The location was amazing.

Was a very great location the Place was excellent

Location was amazing Spacious

Lots of maintenance needed. Paint peeling, rust and very dirty.

The view and location

The showers in the 2 bottom stairs rooms need attention. The temperature doesn’t stay the same & there is no water pressure in them. The toilet up the top doesn’t flush properly

Size was good for big family

Not clean, very old and smelt old

The location was perfect and the view was amazing,can’t get better than this.

Cleanliness of the property. Upstairs carpet wasn’t clean and there was a cockroach on the floor here and there. Down stairs one of the single rooms door lock was Brocken. It would have been nice if Air conditioning can added in all single rooms for comfort during hot days, I had my kids stays on those room, although there was a fan available, wasn’t much help.

View was amazing and the property was furnished well.

No window coverings in the loungeroom and we had an extreme temperature day on Saturday. I understand that the view is the main feature of the house but optional window coverings would have been ideal. Also, no welcome gift and the supplies provided by the host were out of date. The large pantry was blocked off so all food and other items had to be left out on the cupboards. Beds were quite hard and the fan in the downstairs bedroom was fifthly so we didn't use it despite the heat. The ceiling fan in the lounge room did not work at all. The remote was broken. the tv's were hard to operate and the dvd's boxes were empty. Small fridge in the kitchen needs defrosting as the freezer section was fully iced over. We paid over $1800 for the two days and I guess I expected a bit better than we got. We received multiple emails advising that the keys needed to be picked up from Stockton Street and only received an email one hour before advising of the lock box for the key. Did not see this email until after we arrived at Stockton Street which was frustrating. This information should have been provided the day before. The house was not very practical with two small children and the floor plan was not obvious on any of the websites. Next time I will definitely opt for a single storey property.

Nice place to stay with families and location was awesome.

Needs to modify some broken doors and windows.
