Nous sommes partis pour 3 semaines de road trip en Italie, et l’étape de 3 jours passée chez Oda reste notre préférée. Du lieu, soigné jusqu’au moindre détail, à l’authenticité et à la simplicité de l’accueil d’Oda et Jessica, aussi chaleureux que celui qu’on peut recevoir en famille, nous a totalement séduits ! Sans parler des délicieux repas, et de la piscine si relaxante. Merci encore, nous reviendrons !

Great location, very close to the beautiful town of Gubbio with lots of options for cafes and restaurants and sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options from sweet to savory. The bed was super comfy and an additional bonus was a little pool to enjoy. Beautiful interior with every small decoration and detail thought through. We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at Casa Minotti. Thank you Oda and Jessica for our wonderful stay! We would love to come back again. Grazie!

Mosquitos by the pool - so take some mosquito spray with you if you want to stay and enjoy it at the sunset.

Casa Minotti is a lovely hotel set on a hill outside Gubbio. It feels like a home and Oda is so welcoming. Everything has been well thought out. There is a lovely pool area in the upper garden and we ate dinner on the terrace. Breakfast was delicious. We wished that we could have stayed longer.

I loved everything about the property! Beautiful rooms, beautiful surroundings, fresh pool, many lovely cats and excellent service. The owner and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate great vegan options for breakfast to fit my needs and they even made a special cake for my mum's bday. We felt really cuddled and truly loved our stay. Grazie signora Ode!

Everything was perfect, only advice for people not familiar with the area - make sure to get the right address on google maps, we had to do a little detour cause we got one turn right 😅
