Townhouse Motel

We were very pleased with location. Walking distance to Lombard Street, The Wharf & Ghirardelli café. We recommend.

Exactly as expected

This motel was exactly as you'd expect based off the price/photos. The problem beyond that which I had was the GIANT RAT in my room! I saw it overnight and found a hole in the closet wall/floor intersection where it obviously snuck in/out. When I told the front desk in the morning when I left he seemed unfazed and said he'd get people to follow up. No apology, discounted stay, or even a look of concern. Im down for grungy motels, but i draw the line at unexpected roommates

Great location, but beds weren't that comfy and the ac/heater in our room was broken.

On May 3 I paid Expedia $145 for a June 1 one night stay. I called the owner/manager a day or two before our arrival and he said he would lower the rate to around $100. I don't have the exact amount as I was booking hotels in five different cities and the numbers blur. I may be early in my complaint though the owner/manager has had over a week to rectify this.

the beds no microwave good value for the area

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. Relatively quiet so I could get a good nights sleep, no frills but well worth the price. I will stay here again.
