If I could give zero stars, I would. The room was absolutely disgusting: I found cockroaches crawling on the floor the moment I walked in. The bathtub was filthy, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, completely unusable. The towels, besides being stained, had a horrible smell of mold and sweat impossible to believe they were “clean.” The whole room reeked, a mix of dirt and old chemicals. Sleeping there was torture, not only because of the lack of hygiene but also the constant feeling of being in a dirty, unsafe place.

The property was located in a easy accessible area to where we needed to get to

The adjacent property, the motel next door was full of drugs and alcohol. The tenants were always loitering on Best Western property, and frequently walked the parking lot.
