Desk attendant on personal phone call. Even though I made reservations, I was made to wait until my husband came in when she finally got off the phone and checked us in, addressing my husband only! Rude!

It smelled horrible, breakfast was a joke, staff very unfriendly, had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. Asked for more towels since we were staying three nights, they literally gave us one extra.

It was clean and nice

I didn’t like the fact that I was charged a deposit and was not told about it and then when I tried to ask why I was charged more than I should have been I was talked over and told it was a deposit and it would be released after I checked out and it would be refunded in 3 to 5 days
