Das Frühstück hat sehr viel Auswahl und reichlich an Speisen zur Verfügung. Der Service sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Bar im Haus bietet gute Speisen und Getränke an. Selbst Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt. (Hefeweizen mit Bananensaft)

Der Frühstücksraum ist bei guter Auslastung sehr laut vom Geräuschpegel. Der Spa bereich recht klein und laut. Der Whirlpool war mehr als überfüllt.

Nähe zum Messegelände

Das Bad war schmutzig, Spuren vom Vorgänger unter der Toilette. Dusche war defekt, hätte der Zimmerservice bemerken müssen, wenn er die Dusche gereinigt hätte. Zimmerservice kam morgens einfach ins Zimmer ohne etwas zu sagen. Das Personal war teilweise recht unfreundlich.
