Everything is very clean, and the staff members are exceptionally nice. Free parking is also provided.

The staff was wonderful, especially in the dining room! The bartender went above and beyond! My only complaint has to do with our bill. We made our reservation through Expedia, and we were charged $388.59 for one night. Then we were charged $1,216.76 for three nights, by you, instead of being billed for two nights. The room rate was $339.01 at that time. I spoke with the hotel manager, and he told me that my account would be refunded. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I received my credit card statement and the refunded amount was $209.54!!! Can someone in your organization please correct this? We have always been very pleased with Best Western in the past, but no longer! Needless to say this was our first and LAST stay at Latitude Suites! We just don’t need this kind of aggravation!

We were there for a 3 days Family trip, it was honestly amazing, from staf to the cleanliness etc . Will definitely come back

The property was clean and comfortable, there is not much else in the area and it’s not really walkable to anything. The staff were friendly and helpful, no complaints.

Super great stay, very clean, staff was friendly. They do make you sign a bunch of forms when you arrive.

Everything was good. Only thing is I still haven't received my security deposit down for the room

Fabulous Beds

Property is nice looking for business stay, clean and nice staff but I was put on the floor very near the “meeting rooms” without knowing or being told. It was loud - you can hear all the voices, clapping etc. Healthy snack items would be a huge improvement in lobby.
