"A warm welcome that ended in disappointment"

The location and some members of staff.

My sister was warmly welcomed for her milestone birthday and the initial impression of Sarova Panafric was positive. Unfortunately, an issue arose early in the stay that required attention. The team remained communicative and gave several assurances but these were not followed through. The way the situation was handled during the stay and afterwards was disappointing. There was no effort to acknowledge the impact or offer any gesture of goodwill. What began as a joyful celebration ended on a distressing note and we are now pursuing further escalation. It is easy to offer hospitality when everything goes to plan. The real test is how challenges are managed. In this case Sarova Panafric fell short. We do not intend to return.

Upgraded to a suite! We have stayed here 4 times at the beginning of our holiday. We choose it because it is only around 10 minutes from Wilson airport. Location is perfect, it is absolutely spotless and the breakfast is brilliant. Lots of choice, eggs to order etc as well as Swahili specialties.

"Perfect hotel for a quick stop before a safari"

Great staff, good value onsite restaurant with a great choice of food. The outside pool area was very good too. Lovely bathroom.

I found the pillows a bit hard (personal opinion) and you could not walk anywhere, it was all gated in on a main road, again that's down to me not the hotel.

Sarova Pan Afric is the BEST the atticate manners of ALL STAFF is TRULY Of the highest standard! Just have NO COMPLAINTS ! Just wish it was cheaper!!

Need yo bring price down!! Rather expensive!
