I think the only thing that was clean was the bed, toliet, sink, and bathroom (hopefully). Everything else was dirty and falling apart. Even the face of the building needed to be pressured cleaned. The website said they had a pool, but in reality, it was more of a pond complete with it's own ecosystem. There is no breakfast, even though you can "upgrade" for it on Orbitz, which I did and got no refund for it.
Check in was the clue - a lone hotel worker behind a security screen and a few shady looking characters hanging around the lobby in the darkened lounge. The hotel looks fine in the pictures but is well past its sell-by date. When we got to the rooms the walls had holes in them and when we checked the mattresses, bed bugs. We checked straight out. This is my first disappointment with Super 8 - someone from the franchise needs to visit and close them down.
The chairs in the room were dirty the poop was dirty and was closed
It was terrible. That place is full of drug addicts, dealers, & working girls. It needs to be condemned.
The hotel is in very bad condition. No maintenance, very dirty and stinky. They fooled me. It's not like the photos.
This is one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stepped my foot into. Do not stay here. Run down, hair and filth everywhere, bathroom looks like it has not been clean in a year. This place needs to be condenmed by the state. Health inspectors will be notified
Totally fine place to stay for the night. Giving it a low rating for the wifi not working and it being generally a bit noisy and run-down. Reception/lobby especially leaves a run-down impression, but the rooms are a bit better. Oddly picky about you bringing your TV remote back to the front desk at the end of your stay too. No breakfast, but you get a mini fridge and microwave in your room!
No room cleanings for a week even when requested. Maids/front clerks requested I remove the sheets and bring them to check in to be given my sheets to place them on the bed myself. Only a half a roll of toilet tissue in the room at arrival with no replacement and had to get TV remote from front clerks and return remote at check out while I waited on the room to be inspected before my deposit would be released.

This place is God awful. The front desk lady demanded cash in order to check in. I refused and offered a credit card and she started screaming at me in some foreign language. When I asked for a key to the lobby restroom, she gave me a paper clip.
