Clear rooms nice environment excellent service will stay here again I will recommend to my family for their next trip and I hope this helps others to find a nice place to stay on their next trip so they can have the same experience I had enjoy everyone
Room was dirty. Key cards didn’t work. Holes in the wall, staff didn’t do anything to correct any of the issues, reservation said breakfast but there was no breakfast. Bathroom in lobby was out of order, elevator has a heater going in it.

The property itself wasn’t bad, just smelled musty and even though I had a non smoking room I could still smell smoke. Also needed better bedding (blanket wise)
The night person didn't speak English so we couldn't understand each other the bed had torn blankets the walls in the bathroom look like they're about to fall in put on the other hand the towels are pretty and white might have been new
When I reserved it says that breakfast is included, however, at the moment of the check-in, a paper was posted indicating no breakfast available. And for me it looks that is not available for long time because of the appearance of the breakfast room. 2. The safe was not working. 3. The first drawer of the vanity has a hole (not able to place clothes inside) 4. Room with musty smell 5. I found a cockroach in the floor (near the bathroom) 6. Table of the room was in bad condition. 7. Not able to rate room service, since during my three days stay, no service, (I requested clean towels and gave the dirty ones to the maid). 8. The hotel with musty smell and the elevators too. Hotel management can improve, if they are willing to do so.q
The shower had hair in it upon my arrival, shower curtain and bathroom walls had boogers all over. Floors had not been cleaned, lamp didn’t work. Some black mold in bathroom ceiling. No one came to clean or give fresh towels or linens my entire stay which was 4 days.
This is the worst hotel I’ve been to! From the receptionist to the lobby and everything in this should be destroyed and rebuilt! I didn’t even stayed here and asked for a refund!
This place had a hard time with the Hurricane it would appear and nothing has been done since then.. If I could attach pics I would..Think of "How bad could it really be" and then multiply that x 10 or x 100...
