"Uncomfortable an awkward."

The one front office lady but unfortunately she was only there the day we were checking out.

The man there was rude, he also gave me uncomfortable vibes from the way he would look at me. He also was rude about how he was going to check my room before I got my deposit back when I was telling him I know the room meets the expectations. Also, he was so adamant about ‘no smoking’ yet my whole room smelt like a smokers house. The room was missing a couch & the tv would not allow us to connect

1.Saw a couple of roaches. 2. Maintenance room should be closed at all times. Left open showing cleaning equipment.
