really like it’s proximity to every store you could possibly need and I-95

well, it’s under construction, which I suppose is good because they’re obviously trying to make improvements, but there’s going to be inevitable, disruptions and noise. However, they did move my room when I needed them to do it a noise factor

One of the beds was comfortable. The free coffee was nice.

I searched for places in Orlando and this is what came up. When i immediately called back trying to cancel it was difficult . I received the run around leaving myself and my disabled daughter stuck in the airport for over an hour. Then I was told no!! To begin with It was soo far out of the way requiring two expensive Lyft rides to get from the airport then to our cruise ship. The property was old and run down. The elevator was broken and I was injured carrying my bags up and down the stairs. One of the beds was disgusting! It looked like something be had bled to death. The top had been cleaned but you could see from the side where blood had soaked all the way through and down the side. It was so sagged down in the middle that my daughter slept miserably. She has a bad back and was extremely uncomfortable. When I informed the housekeeper and front desk person they were dismissive and didn’t apologize or offer any compensation. The male who checked us in was extremely nice and social the female was rude and didn’t look at me the whole time or respond to my politeness. The carpets were disgustingly dirty and the whole property seemed rundown. No one even told us there was a pool or offered any information about the property. We didn’t know what time the free breakfast was.

Estuvimos mi pareja yo alojados aquí dos noches y no funcionaba el ascensor. El baño era muy pequeño y el agua se salía de la ducha.

I didn’t like everything it was bad closet door broke the cleaning it was bad hair on the sink in the bathroom in the bed the pool was with algae the water you cut see it cloudy

Martha is my favorite! Such a friendly face to see around this place.

I stayed here for 3 nights, the rooms were very clean. Martha in housekeeping was amazing!!!
