Old and weathered. Paint chipping in bathrooms. Ceiling fan did not have a knob. Had damp smell to room.

If you are the kind of person that expects a Ritz-Carlton Experience for the price of La Quinta, this place is not for you. But if you are a normal and reasonable person, this is a very nice hotel and great value. The hotel rooms are a little older but absolutely clean and everything works. The Continental breakfast was better than other competitors. Great location.
