Nadie hablaba español, el desayuno era horrible, todos los días igual. PERO LO MÁS IMPORTANTE, NOS LLOVIÓ DENTRO DE LA HABITACIÓN.

Breakfast: ok, as expected, but 1 small toaster for the amount of guests, not good. AC Unit: Fantastic Area: Good

Room: 1. Smelled musty 2. Beds were horrible, you literally sank into the middle. OLD beds!!!! 3. Bath room towel rack falling apart 4. Room was overall OLD!!! 5. Pics on Booking. com is misleading. Makes it look like a nice room

Location to sawgrass mills, just a 5 min drive and coffee available 24/7 in the reception area

Prior to check in I requested an upgrade to the room, however upon check in was told the upgrade of bedroom size does not exist and a refund would be made to my credit card. The room could have been bigger but it was comfortable enough, albeit outdated and in need of a spruce up. Was told the room would only be cleaned every 3 days, but as we checked out after 3 days our room remained uncleaned. Breakfast was poor, could have been better with some bacon and sausages. Only scrambled eggs resembling cardboard and waffles available for a warm meal.
