The staff was warm, friendly and exceedingly helpful.

The bathroom was shared; but we knew that when we booked the room.

Everything was very clean and we had a cozy balcony. Arabella was very welcoming and cheerful. Was a lovely experience.

The blinds didn't close all the way

Amazing location with super easy access to the main areas of the city by walk. Friendly owner and decent size room

1 bathroom between at least 3 rooms results in some very long waits for the bathroom. Also the lack of curtains that block light make for some early mornings.

It was in a quite area and very clean. It takes 15minutes to the city centre by walk.

You have to park in front of building wich is not allowed but everyone told us there is no control (it all went good)

Host was very friendly and helpful. Good communication (although would be better to communicate earlier for people travelling without internet) and gave us a map with attractions which was helpful. Place was very clean with some nice additional touches (snacks and heart balloons for valentines). Quiet area. Ability to park on the street. 15 minute walk to the centre.

Room had no blind so whenever anyone walked in/out the lights turned on and shined through the window. Only 1 bathroom for the rooms.

The room is cozy and very clean. The bathroom is shared, but always clean. The host was kind and super nice. Every day she put out something for us like panettone, chocolate, bottle of water... There is a shared kitchen and we could find everything we needed there. She also offered tea and coffee. Easy to park on the street. We would definitely stay there again
