Hospitality of the tenent of the house and the normal hygiene of the rooms and bathroom, the check-in conditions were extremely inflexible.

I would not recommend to book this accommodation. The price is too high considering the services offered. I have been traveling with my family within Italy during the last three weeks always using Booking services (I’m level three of Genius) and, in this case, we experienced a low quality service compared with the rest of our accommodations in Italy (and with other experiences abroad). The accommodation does not give a lot of comfort, the shared flat does not allow any intimity. From our room (just next to the bathroom), we could heard when people used the shower or the toilet. We also could hear from our room all conversations in the corredor or in the kitchen, something very disturbing and uncomfortable. Likewise, we heard movements and conversations from the upper neighbor during late hours. On the other hand, despite the hospitality of the tenent of the house and the normal hygiene of the rooms and bathroom, the check-in conditions were extremely inflexible. Check-in after 6pm is not allowed. No concessions or alternatives were offered from the tenant and the attention was really not customer oriented. We respect the work of others and we also expect the same from the counterparty, particularly in services related with tourism where flexibility should be a must. In addition, for the price level of the accommodation, its location is not central and far from the city center (25 minutes by foot). Finally, the AC was not working.

Washroom is spacious, new and clean. Room and common areas are also clean. The single bed is too small for a big adult but the queen bed is comfortable. Customer service is good. Location is not bad, near bus stops.

Not another option to come upstairs carrying luggages except by stairs, which was pretty uncomfortable. Checkout time is too early.

The accomodation was present clean and tidy. The location was walking distance to the city. The host was incredibly helpful in proving reccomendations for our short one day stay, which allowed us to maximise our time there!

Lovely apartment! We felt like home. The room had everything we needed and it was really confortable. They also received us with bottles of water and welcome coffee capsules which it was a very nice detail. The apartment has a fridge which is also very convenient. We went by car and we were able to park on the apartment’s street
