Proximity to Busch Gardens was excellent, Breakfast was very good, the staff at breakfast were wonderful.

Room was not ready at check in time, had to wait in the lobby with our 4 kids for over an hour and a half. Cockroach in our room when we walked in. Fire alarm went off at 6 and 6:20 am for no apparent reason, when checking with front desk staff, they were snappy and rude, then later when speaking with the manager, she was extremely dismissive and argumentative, ended up calling my wife a Bitch.
