It was the worse experience ever. I found a dead roach next to the bed and checked out within an hour. Terrible service and horrible smell like humidity and mold.

I had 2 nights to where I couldn’t sleep I called office about noise above me and the did nothing mind you I was writhing and go in at 3am so didn’t sleep very well

Pros: water pressure in shower is amazing, the mini fridge is sizeable and keeps food cold, AC kept room cool and quickly warmed up when the heat setting was selected. The staff at the front desk was friendly and readily accommodated an early check-in at no extra charge. Check in & out was done electronically with no issues (so far). Elevator and trolley were readily available for luggage. Free WiFi but it's an open network. Plenty of parking and easy access to the highway, casino, and fairgrounds. Economical pricing.

Cons: The exterior is dilapidated; there was no forewarning of ongoing renovations given. The pool was dirty, the continental breakfast skipped after seeing the state of the hotel and our room. Rooms are small but manageable with 2-4 people. Beds are comfy but small as hell for two adults (we had a double room with full sized beds). The water pressure for the toilet was weak, the draining in the sink was slow but did drain. The iron did not work at all, the ironing board was short so be prepared to iron sitting down if your iron works. The room was not thoroughly clean: small blood spatter on blanket, dust everywhere, stains everywhere, dirty furniture. No housekeeping service after 12p (at least that's what we were told by the front desk at check-in). Definitely would not have booked here had I known. Gave it a rating of 2 because of the pros, but the pros weren't enough to make up for the sh*t show of a hotel we had to stay in.
