Motel 6-Norcross, GA

Staff and especially the young guy that is always there. He goes above and beyond to make sure we get what we need and that is amazing.

Had to swap rooms bc of a leak and needs better pest control.

Check in was very fast and efficient but once we got to the room it was a whole different story. Bugs were EVERYWHERE and the mattress was rank and yellow. Stains on EVERYTHING it was just a health code nightmare and the breakfast was so bad. Definitely won’t come here again

Dog urinated in lobby and nobody cleaned it up. Tried to extend stay by 2 days and was rudely told to check out. Will never return.

Hallways were clean no vagrant people hanging around friendly staff. Basic meet the needs for the one night stay. Room was clean.

The manager and staff were very friendly, professional, They accommodated my requests and were always very helpful. This is a first class hotel in appearance, cleanliness, and staffing and I will be visiting again.

The lobby and hallway smelled horrible. The check-in desk had a bullet proof glass like you were in a super dangerous crime prone area. Elevator interior was all dented and cracked. First room we walked in was super dusty, had dead bugs and a moldy bathroom. My wife and two children walked out screaming. The owner moved us into a seemingly a newly renovated room, which was in an acceptable condition, but we couldn’t erase the horror from the first room plus the absolute disgusting smell in the hallway. Too many people just hanging out in the parking lot, and we did not feel safe at all.

The staff is friendly and never had a problem with this location. Great early check in and room are very clean.
