"Should have book somewhere else"

Reconstruction was nice

The fact that the property was under reconstruction and was completely unaware of it. Charged me an unaware deposit for the room even though my room was paid in full. There was not hot water, Had to take cold shower. On top of walking up and down 3 flights of stairs due to the elevator not working.

"My Stay"

Although I was completely unaware of the current construction, I LOVED this hotel. The renovated room was the best feature, as well as the customer service. Yes, they don’t have breakfast at the time but they are doing their best & I love that for them! I will stay again.

"Terrible Environment"

Under construction, debris everywhere. Excessive noise and no selection of a different floor or room location. Breakfast was the option of bagel or waffle only, had to park a long way from the hotel to accommodate construction vehicles and still had my car covered in a white substance the next morning from the workers outside the from of the hotel. When I tried to use the air condition, not only came out put white debris from outside with their dog, just stretching him in and cover the room, including my things, the desk television and the entire area in front of the television on the carpet. I was not recognized as a Wyndham‘s rewards Gold Member . I was not returned to any of my rewards points for convenience. I have called customer service and I’m still waiting on a response from Wyndham and Hotel Management. I have more photos and videos of all of this that I will be posting if this isn’t resolved asap.

"Bad breakfast"

They ran out of waffle mix at 8:00 and I asked them to make more since breakfast ends at 10:00 and the lady was rude and said breakfast was at 7:00 so she wasn’t gonna make more. Then there was no cereal, also don’t get coffee at the front they charge you for it.
