Hallway carpet in poor shape. Room walls dirty. Office chair was torn. AC in room was too loud and deprived me of sleep

The hotel smells and it wasn't up to standared. The carpets had a heavy and terrible odor as you enter and the rooms as well. I will never stay there again.

Front check-in staff was wonderful, but this property has third world standards for cleanliness. The biggest issue for me was the safety of the facility, both inside and outside. The parking lot was filled with unsavory characters, some of whom were obviously staying there. In the short time I was there, we witnessed two altercations in the lot.

Check in was frustrating. Room was old and beat up

The rug had a stale smell.

Hot water. Quick convenient time shower. Clean comfortable bed. Great price. Easy location. Quick. Good refund. No problems. Slept well. Easy out/ easy in. Professionsl staff. Friendly enough..have water by bottle,! I like them. Okay laundry. Okay place. No hookers. Regular people, business families, people easy to be around. No panhandlers. In and out fast. Like them.

The place is very very run down. Elevator was out of date by over a year they charge you a $50 holding fee when you get there tell you it will be back in your bank account in one day now they’re telling me it’s gonna be 5 to 7 business days I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they keep your money for that long. I don’t understand why you pay for a hotel room and then they charge you 50 bucks when you get there if you take my money and then there’s nothing wrong with the room. It should be refunded back within 24 hours. Are they able to give you cash? I would never stay at this place ever again. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in ever.

Room was clean and was convenient to location of event we were attending.

Outside of hotel was run down. Pool not usable and had a mattress in it. Breakfast was horrible. No coffee, stale cereal, slimy rotten eggs, spoiled yogurt. Picked the hotel out of all the others because of location, reputation of the brand and the fact it had breakfast included. Was the worst hotel of this brand we have ever stayed at. Very obvious from Condition of everything that staff has no pride in their jobs or the company.
