The price is good for what it is and it close to the mall.

That it doesn’t serve breakfast when it says it does. It doesn’t offer anything but WiFi really. The bed is hard it durable.

Service was if I was lodging at Dante's Inferno...

I did not have the opportunity to stay at the property due to an extremely disappointing and unprofessional encounter. Upon arriving close to midnight after a long journey from the airport, I was met with an utterly unacceptable experience. The agent on duty, Jackie, was engaged in a personal phone call during which she audibly referred to someone as "an asshole." Only after realizing there was a customer waiting did she reluctantly acknowledge my presence. Her response to my situation was nothing short of shocking. She curtly informed me that there were no rooms available, despite my reservation being confirmed and prepaid through Booking.com. When I attempted to explain my circumstances—that I had traveled from out of town and was stranded with a dead phone battery—Jackie became visibly irate. Rather than offer any form of assistance, she dismissively declared that my booking was not her concern. I then requested evidence to confirm whether my reservation had come through, which was met with hostility and indifference. It was only after I mentioned escalating the matter to her manager that she begrudgingly printed a note. Her response to my mention of management was equally dismissive, stating, "She’ll be here in the morning," with palpable disdain. Ultimately, I had no choice but to rely on my Uber driver to transport me to the nearest hotel, the Fairfield Inn, where I thankfully received proper accommodation. This experience was both distressing and deeply unprofessional, and it warrants immediate review by the management of the property. No guest should have to endure such treatment, particularly under such trying circumstances.

It was close to where the event that had to attend and close to restaurants

The door was broken no microwave no refrigerator and only two pillows and the room next to they was fighting all night in and out of the room

It was quite not much traffic or loud people hanging around the heat was great

Tolit didn't work properly and ran all the time and could have been more pillows and there was no trash can

Absolutely disgusting!! Mold behind the peeling off baseboard, shower had mold growing all around the caulk, microwave had old dried food in it, tv screen looked like someone sneezed on it, toilet ran loudly all night long, carpet was disgusting with filth all over it. Advertised as a Wyndham when I booked, but it was a TravelLogde. I should get my money refunded. This place should be reported to the Health Department. Oh, I found a Social Security card behind the peeling off baseboard. No breakfast as advertised, although there was no way I would eat anything at this sleaze-bag motel! The only reason we stayed 1 night only was because we got in too late to go any where else. I shudder as I think about that nightmarish stay.
