"Most Horrible Stay in over all my years."

Arrived at property and noticed suspicious people working/ hanging in parking lot. Checked in and went to elevator. Noticed lizard and roaches coming out of elevator. Got to room and found toilet used (not flushed) with ring around toilet. Shower handles were not attached. Could not operate shower. Check out tv. TV has green lines as if it had been damaged. Note picture was distorted. Headed back to front to ask for another room. And door would not lock. Since my luggage was going to be unsecured I gathered everything and continued down to front desk. Upon explaining all the malfunctioning items the receipt clerk did not offer me another room or for a repairman to correct the issue s. I was offered a refund. But as of today I have not been refunded.

Poor customer service. I am able to work with anyone. This facility did not and has refused my request for full or partial refund.

Check in was aggravating even though I had already done pre-check in online.. hotel stank.. it was disgusting and run down looking.. if I wasn’t so exhausted I would have requested a refund and found somewhere else

"It wasnt a bad stay, the facilities and service were just lackluster"

The property was affordable in a good location, and it would have been a comfortable stay if a few things were fixed

The room we stayed in had the previous tenants trash still in the garbage (which was mostly cigarettes, but i thought the area was non smoking) and there were no towels in the room at all, the bed sheets were old and torn Front desk staff really wasn’t accommodating when we brought this up
