"Bad customer service"

The reply from the hotel is very late and very bad , they rarely check their inbox , additionally, I requested invoice on check-out and the front desk employee couldn't help , very unprofessional, this is my third stay there and the last!

Location was good and the hotel was also.

The breakfast was just okay, the potatoes were over seasoned,the bacon was very salty. The bed was to soft for us and the pillows not firm enough.

"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and look forward to revisiting this place again in the near future."

The property was well maintained by the Staff. The room was very clean and the bathroom on ground floor was very well stocked.

What I liked about the property was that the Staff helped me get my friend to the room. They understood the help I needed and showed some love to me.
